Itinerary

Departure from Venice towards Asolo, also known as the "city of a hundred horizons", as it was defined by the writer Giosuè Carducci. Enjoy a walk in this village located between wonderful hills, which Giorgione, himself, painted in his paintings.

The Rocca of Asolo (stronghold) dominates the landscape from the summit of Monte Ricco.
Asolo is so beautiful that it has been included in the "Borghi Più Belli D'Italia" ("Most beautiful Villages of Italy"). After lunch you continue towards Rolle Pass, located at 1,980 m / 6,496 ft.
The pass deserves a stop to admire and photograph the Pale di San Martino. The pass is also the gateway from the southwest side of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and is one of the historic Dolomite passes of the Giro d'Italia.

At this point you just have to go and stop at the Paneveggio Forest, also called the Forest of Violins. The history of this varied forest is rich; it is enough to know that Stradivari himself apparently wandered around these woods every year, even in the middle of winter, to personally choose the wood for his instruments. On the descent towards the Adige and Bolzano plane, you cross the entire Fiemme Valley; all that remains is to admire the valley, its villages and the surrounding mountains.

Note: The program may change due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, festive or seasonal closures of roads, museums, cable cars etc. In these cases, alternative solutions will be provided.
