BY CAR
The main route through South Tyrol/Alto Adige is the A22 motorway which links Modena to the Brenner pass. The A22 to the north is connected to Innsbruck and the Austrian and European motorway network.
To the south, the A22 intersects with the A4 Turin-Milan-Verona-Venice and the A1 Milan-Bologna-Florence-Rome-Naples.
